We hope you
have your radiation suits handy because this band is
definitely HOT! As their name implies, RadioActive Band is a high
energy Top-40 band with an extensive song list, specializing in radio
hits of today as well as the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s & 00’s. Through the
combination of meticulous musicianship & modern technology, these four
musicians accurately reproduce tunes, that until now, only a DJ could
offer.
RadioActive features 4 distinctly powerful vocalists. This diversity
allows the group to cover a wide spectrum of musical styles. When
combined, their voices accurately recreate the complex harmonies
demanded by their eclectic song list.
All members of RadioActive are seasoned, professional musicians who
have extensive national & international touring credits.
This production's radiant, concert-like energy is sure to get everyone
out of their chairs & onto the dance floor for a night to remember!

Blair

Born into a large musical family, Jon started banging on his father’s
drums at 5 and learning music theory at 9. He learned quickly. By the
time he was in high school he was already performing professionally,
having been hired by his own music teachers to play on their gigs. By
the age of 16 he was playing 5 to 7 nights a week with various area
bands of every stripe. Playing sax, singing lead, backing up
headliners on keyboards and percussion...it was all in a night's work.
Jon moved to Cleveland from his native town of Chicago in 2006 to
settle down and has been busy kicking ass
here ever since, performing countless private and public events with
the Jon Blair Quartet.
Jon has
over a decade of professional experience, more than 3,000 live events
behind him he is the founder of Radio Active Band and
his latest creation, "Rock Capitol Live Band Karaoke".

Brittany is the newest addition
to RadioActive and she is simply amazing!
From the elastic phrasings and
attitude of Christina Aguilera to the breathy vocals of Britney Spears
to the power vocals of Beyonce', B.K. has got it all down pat and
relays all of it with extreme energy and passion in every word.
Brittany has been singing
since she was a little girl and has amazing onstage presence and
experience in working a crowd. It also doesn't hurt that she's
gorgeous! |

Jim (J.R) Richley

Jim Richley (J.R.) played
his first professional gig at the age of 12, and has not stopped
hitting things since. He has performed with the likes of artist such
as Olivia Newton-John, Gloria Estefan, Joe Augustine, Regis philbin
and Mary Wilson (The Supremes) as well as countless other
international, national and local artists. He has performed live on
Nation Public Radio & Dish Network, and has an extensive studio
recording resume’ working with notable labels such as Universal
Records, Atlantic Records & Rust Nashville Records.
J.R.’s touring schedules have taken him to 10 countries on 3
different continents. One of his favorite sayings is “I’m here for
the funk” and the funk is what he brings to every show!

Chris (Mojo) Edwards

Chris "Mojo" has played
professionally for over twenty-five years as an accomplished
guitarist. He has played with some of the areas biggest talents in
several styles of music. Chris is an experienced recording engineer
and producer. He has produced EPs and full length recordings from
punk, metal, rock, R & B, to Modern Greek music.
"Mojo" also creates original music for film and video, including,
"Will Work For Food" , a feature film which took first place in the
2005 Los Angeles DV Film Festival.

Anyone who has lived in Ohio for a while knows
Billy Sullivan as one of the greats. Shortly after shooting our video,
Billy Sullivan was signed on as the main guitarist for the Herman's
Hermits staring Peter Noon and he has been on tour every week since.
Because of this hectic touring schedule Billy will not be performing
many gigs with RadioActive this year but we wish him the absolute best
in his mega endeavors he's been on this year and look forward to the
few performances where he's not overseer's performing that he can do
with us in the future because it's a true pleasure to work with Billy. |
